When calling after office hours, you will be greeted by our answering service. Let them know the nature of your problem, and they will in turn contact the on-call doctor. Then keep your line free so we can return your call. Generally we call back within 10 to 15 minutes. Please note, we do not schedule appointments, or process routine prescription refills after office hours.
